Solitude in the Cycle

Waking each dawn, a task so sore,

Prepping success, as days yore.

In hope, I linger, for you to partake,

Yet alone, this burden I undertake.

You live your way, as always known,

Leaving me in this cycle, all alone.

How long must I endure this wait,

For a change in fate, to reciprocate?

Will you ever share this load I bear,

Or leave me in this solitary despair?

Around we go, in this endless spin,

Me with my heartache, and a hollow win.
